The base digital subscription is $19.99 per month or $199 per year unless a different price is shown at checkout.

The base subscription includes 3 fully personalized digital books per month for one child, released as 1 prepared book about every 10 days after illustration and review.

Additional child profiles may be offered as paid add-ons at a 25% discount from the base monthly child value, subject to Stripe configuration and account limits.

A single-book purchase may be offered at $14.99 for 1 fully personalized digital book. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

A parent-managed child profile, approved child character render, personalized digital book illustrations, reading interface, read-aloud tools, language features where available, decision-path story experiences, and family library access for released books.

A single-book purchase covers one book production slot for the selected child and story. A subscription covers the recurring book release rhythm described at checkout.

Printed books are not included unless a separate product, plan, or checkout page specifically says printed books are included.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew each month. Yearly plans renew each year.

Single-book purchases are charged once and do not create a renewal subscription.

Stripe or another payment provider processes payment details, invoices, taxes, failed-payment retries, and card updates. Your Story does not store full card numbers.

Taxes may be added where required by law or by the payment provider.

Parents can cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support if portal access is unavailable.

Unless otherwise required by law or configured differently in Stripe, cancellation stops the next renewal and the account normally keeps paid-period access until the current billing period ends.

Canceling does not automatically delete child profiles, uploaded photos, generated pages, or released books. Use the Data Deletion page if you also want data deleted.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on whether a book has already been rendered, reviewed, released, or consumed.

Because personalized books require paid generation and review work, fees for a billing period in which personalized production has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we decide a refund is appropriate.

If a charge was accidental, duplicated, unauthorized, or caused by a technical billing issue, contact support quickly so we can review it with Stripe records.

If artwork is inaccurate or unsafe, the usual remedy is correction, rejection, re-rendering, or delayed release rather than an automatic refund.

If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and notify the account owner. Access to new production, upcoming books, or premium features may pause until payment is resolved.

Released digital books may remain visible where technically and commercially reasonable, but future rendering and scheduled release access may stop if the subscription is inactive.

If you upgrade, downgrade, add a child, remove a child, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, Stripe may prorate or apply the change according to the checkout or customer portal configuration.

We may change pricing for future renewals or new purchases. We will provide notice when legally required or when a material subscription change affects an existing paid customer.

If you dispute a charge through your bank, Stripe and payment-network rules may control the process. We may pause account access while a dispute is reviewed.

Contact support first whenever possible. Many issues can be resolved faster through the support and refund review process.
